Is there a possiblity that we could print transcripts of our chat sessions for future reference? I have attempted screen shots before, but sometimes the chat moves too quickly for that to be beneficial.

You can highlight the "chat" session and copy it. Once you do this, just paste it in a word document.If you want to do this, just let us know on our end not to close out of the session so you can do this. Once we close out, our conversations are gone.
