InTERS Adult Ed

Hello,

We have a student (Isabel Vazquez) who is only studying Math for the GED. She took the Survey online, but since her test scores did not data match, Sandi put them into InTERS manually. InTERS has not yet created a total math score for her, which it usually does instantly. I have tried putting in the tests several times and when a total math does appear, it is blank and will remove itself after recalculating the scores or exiting and coming back. Any advice as to how to solve this issue?

Check to make sure the dates of the math tests are within a week apart.  We know there is an issue with some surveys not calculating a total math.  If that is the problem it will be fixed soon.
