Carry Over students from this term

Do we have to reenter the students information if the student was in our program this year and carrying over to next year?  In other words a student from 2011-2012 term will still be in our classes start 2012-2013 term.

No, the information does not have to be re-entered. You can roll the student(s) over to the new term by choosing the course and right click.
