InTERS Adult Ed

When I try to put in professional development for my staff, when I get to about the third entry on the page, it starts changing my entries to match the ones above it, including the type of in service, the hours, and the date.  I tried deleting  the one that was changed and re-entering it, no luck.  I tried editing it back to the correct information, which also didn't work.
