Duplicate Enrollments

I have 3 students showing a duplicate enrollment error.  How do I fix this problem?

A duplicate enrollment means that you have two program records with the same application date and term for this student. You should check both program records to make sure you have all information on the record you would like to keep. Then go to "Program Record" and click on the down arrow. Highlight Delete Program Demographics/Goal Record and this will take care of your duplicate enrollment.
